The Constitution, Bill of Rights and other Ammendments are in place in order to "Protect Individual Freedoms"
the person that writes a note say "stay the F out of my bag, i don't have any F-ing bombs" should probably get his bag searched twice as much. But, he shouldn't be put in jail for it.
I don't want to have a police officer be able to pull me over, for no reason, haul me to jail, for no reason, have me deported, for no reason, and then tell my family my whereabouts whenver they feel like it, giving whatever excuse they feel like giving.
If i say want to speak badly of a person in charge, then I have the right speak badly of them, the day when I can't call my leader a dumbass, is the day i'm packing my bags and walking out on my country.
