but no more so than those who chose other answers. There is a reason it's easier to be more "ideal" on a board. I can't preview my comments in reality, correcting mistakes, removing unintentional (or intentional) rudeness, taking time to calm down. It doesn't make me a different person because I express myself differently in writing than I do in ad hoc speech, and I vehemently disagree that it's insidious to strive to be better than I am in any medium.
