I'm wondering if there's a quick and easy way to tell the difference between a migraine and a mild stroke. Last time I had a headache like this I got a lumbar puncture at the hospital, because the paramedics who picked me up off the floor told the doctor my symptoms sounded like a stroke. Now, the headache today has been going on for six hours or so, so I'm reasonably certain it's not a stroke this time - but is there a quick-and-dirty guide for when I should call an ambulance (or should I just wait, and if it's needed someone else will)? Thanx.
