We'd all be anorexic if we went by their stupid guidelines. If I was 180lbs. (weight chart for 6' 0", large framed male), you'd be counting ribs thru my T-shirt. I know because I got very sick a decade or so ago, and got down to 182. Of course at 313, I'm 100 lbs. over a decent weight!
