practical form of government. I think that there ARE better forms, but sadly, they require the people in charge to be more interested with the good of the people than the good of themselves. Usually the people who start such systems have the right idea, but the people who follow them seldom do. That's why I believe in democracy. It's the best system we have that will work on a practical level, but it's not the best system out there.
