See? Easy.

People who share a viewpoint are not a "party" until they organize. Even then, it should not be illegal to do so - but it _should_ be illegal to consider them in any way, shape, or form.

Set requirements for candidacy that completely ignore the possibility of such parties. Meet them.

This whole idea of party primaries? Out the window. The states would not be allowed to regulate nor even recognize such private groups. They would only care about meeting eligibility requirements and voting day.

And no more TV spots, paid or otherwise!
