Require each person to fund themselves through donations made directly to them. Set a cap on spending that is realistically reachable to prevent one person effectivly buying the election. Require that all donations must be annonymous and can only come from individules not from groups. Remove any tax breaks on political donations. Remove all the laws that give preferential treatment to larger parties. Yes parties could still exist but purely as a collection of people with similar views. Individules within the party would then be free to vote how they wanted on each individule issue. Many of the founding fathers were against the formation of large political parties.
