Hell, they couldn't even say "nigger" when *quoting* text in the OJ case. It's always "the n-word". While I don't have a problem with them using "the n-word", when you're reading a legal brief and you're so worried about offending someone that you can't even quote it verbatim, it's pathetic.

As for Freedom of Speech, try writing a letter to the President and tell him you'd like to whip his ass for what he's done in Iraq. (actually, you can try this with any president, not just Bush). See just how far a claim of "Freedom of Speech" gets you then.
