There is NO country in the world where the majority of citizens are educated people who are willing to work collectively for the common good. It's been tried and failed in every country because people can't behave themselves.

Most people ARE greedy ignorat sheeple. Just look at the current state of education in the US, the corporate scandles and voting records.

Democracy is the best of a number of bad choices.
