if men are flawed by niwikki 2003-07-11 12:02:58
(a statement I'll totally agree with), how could a man's hand have possible written the perfect meaning of what god intended?

God's statement to the man may have been perfect, but the man, being flawed, may have messed something up in the understanding of that statement or in the writing of it.

In which case, not even the original language version, pre-transcriptions, is without its flaws (as transcriptions were all originally done by the hands of men -- remember, this was centuries before the printing press -- so even if you get a copy in the original language, learn the language, and study the bible in that language, you aren't reading the original).

just a thought to chew on.
