'He who has power will use it selflessly'. It just doesn't seem humanly possible, does it? Combine that theory with what it takes to achieve political power, and you will see why your theory isn't realistic.

I'm still trying to think of a way to establish a government on principles such as yours. Selection of its members is the crucial thing. It must be voluntary, but weed out those who seek power for the sake of power.
