with what you just implied. You implied that the issue is whether or not there ARE WMD's. This is a valid major concern, but it is NOT the issue.

The issue is what the administration knew when they sold it to Congress to pass the Patriot Act and how much of it was the truth. At this time, there are even CIA members who are saying that what they passed to the President bore no resemblance to what he told Congress. If the President lied to Congress to invoke War Powers then THAT is BIG BIG BIG wrongness.
