First of all, spiders don't go actively looking for humans to bite. In my entire life I have never been bitten by a spider. I have been bitten by dogs, cats, beetles, flies, mosquitos, humans and fish. Never a spider.
I kinda like spiders. They hunt many of those things that have bitten me. I never kill a spider if I can avoid it.
The trouble with various bites is usually not the bite itself (unless you are allergic) but the infection introduced in the open wound. That is why wounds need to be covered up, kept clean and not scratched.
The pictures here look a lot like a Staphylococcus bacteria infection a neighbor of mine had. His developed from a cold sore on his lip.
