Can you clairify what you mean here? 1st person or 3rd person? If 1st person, AFAIK no such game exists with that many playable characters in the party. If 3rd person, I think all of them have some variant of the "view from above". Dungeon Siege is a Diablo-esq game with a true 3D evironment (that looks quite good, BTW) camera control, and mutiple party members, but it's still basically a top-down action pseudo-RPG.
