I was raised Christian. As I grew I continued to mature intellectually and was able to go deeper into the finer points of theology. But I never had any cause to doubt that which seemed to me to be the basic truth that there is a supreme being that created the world, etc. The Bible "speaks" to me, has done so for a while. I don't know that any denomination necessarily has it correct, but I know what I believe.
That said, I have, through the influence of this board and other message boards, become much more open and accepting of various differing religions. I also now more strongly consider myself non-denominational because I think that differing denominations just don't seem right to me. Too often they create major divides over minor issues.
So, I don't think I've changed my religion. But I have changed the way that I approach it.
