The light on the wall would appear totally normal. After all the light beam itself isn't doing anything special, it's just traveling in a straight line at c until it hits something.
You would only get any odd effects on the actualy light beam if the light source was spinning at very high speeds and had physical dimensions.
And if you filled the area with smoke so you could see the light then it would be forming a nice spiral inside your test area :)
