My wife needs unique recipes using beans and/or bean w/ rice. If you know of a recipe feel free to post it here or go to her web site and submit it. CocinaPicante.com. Don't worry if it's not mexican or south-western, she's desperate for recipes with an international flavor (or flavour). If you get the recipe from a published cookbook or website, please state the source so she can make sure to give appropriate acknowledgement. One more thing on this topic... It was once mentioned to me that a dry measurement conversions need to be added... are we talking grams equivalents for things like teaspoon, cup etc? or what. If you are a cook from outside USA, please let me know. Thanks all Ed
