You yourself have no religious feelings, and despite being a dictator, you have in your cabinet ministry, a woman and a Jew.
You made the mistake 12 years ago of trying to punish a neighbouring country for drilling into your oil fields.
This resulted in you being totally disarmed.
Now, would you advertise that fact to your neighbours? Or would you try and pretend that you had a chance at resisting them if they came and attacked you?
