from pictures like that. That is why a very big percentage of combat veterans suffer from some sort of mental disorder. In my case, I knew the effects that war left on people from my father (VietNam Vet). I just made the choice that living with those demons would be better for me than to not have done what I did. Never did I directly have to defend my country, but because I was there some kid in a foreign country now has the chance to make his life better. (I hope). It is that thought that keeps me going.
