so yes, some sort of oversight body is needed.
Even look at the people on this board.
We *all* have opinions about subjects. We complain daily about various states of affairs, but outside of this board, how many actively dedicate themselves to fixing those things.
We like to complain, because it gives us someone to blame, but most of the time, we just can't be bothere do exert too much enegry to fixing things.
It's easier to blame someone else than to put onesself into the line of fire to be blamed if somethingn goes wrong.
