Wal-Mart to cover up womens magazines. by rapido752006-11-19 12:55:59
  While they're at it... by bitflipper2003-06-06 11:15:01
Heck, just ban reading and writing, by LionsPhil2003-06-06 11:19:06
Nope. People will still talk. by bitflipper 2003-06-06 11:24:15
They always do.

I believe a Discordian approach may be required, here. Actually solve the problem by producing a vast amount of nonsense "noise" in all publications, forcing people to think about the communications they receive in order to find the "signal" therein. Enough practice at that, and the noise filters automatically cut in each time one sees a National Enquirer or Weekly World News. Then one is left wondering why Wal-Mart wants to sell booklets of blank paper at the check-out lanes.

And I wait, with eager dread, to see how LP's going to take that concept and run with it. Fnord, dude.
