I took my Celica there for an oil change, it was very low to the ground and had a cover for aerodynamics/protection on the bottom. In other words my fat ass couldn't get under there to do it myself.

A few days afterwards I started driving to Louisiana to see my parents. I kept hearing a scraping sound. I pulled over and the cover was hanging on my one screw, and had already had a hole worn it from hitting the pavement at high speeds.

I know they didn't put the oil I requested in there. I asked for Castrol semi-synthetic. They put in Pennzoil. No, I didn't watch them do this and I couldn't really prove it in a court of law. If anyone in here has worked on cars enough you know how to tell when someone foolish enough to put Pennzoil in their vehicle.

When I lived in Arizona, I had the tires changed on my truck at Sams club (same thing as Walmart). I was driving off on my new tires down I-19 and my hood starts "floating". It still had the hand hook latched, but the hood was popped. They may have been courteous enough to check my fluid levels, but really changing out my tires didn't require them getting under the hood. That hood was also very easy to close, they had no excuse for not closing properly. If anyone here knows Phoenix you'll know that stopping on the shoulder a little ways north of Camelback on the Southbound part of I-19 isn't the best of ideas.

Good things I can say, they gave me some discounts once or twice and were very helpfull above and beyond the call of duty on tires once. They made up for the cover on the bottom of the car with giving me the oil and filter I needed to change the oil in the Ranger myself. Didn't really make up for it, but it was a step in the right direction.
