yeah, a while back, they refused to pay any overtime to the employees
some people were actually fired for doing their job and getting some overtime
i s*** you not
the managers called it 'balancing the checkbook'
we are a new store and all, so we have to get customers and the store is supposed to make 1 million per (i think week)
thats a retarted goal, they have a really bad location that is not seen very easily from the highway and well over half of the people working there has some sort of severe idiot disorder- as in, they are very dumb
the managers are all jerks, and the csm's are all stupid, and jerks
the automotive dept is a nightmare, and the food section seems to be about the only good place out of the whole store
the overnight stockers for the grocery dept, though do a very bad job, so its usually a mess and unorganized
the whole store is a wreck
nearly every department manager quit just after the opening, and we have lost a few managers
i wish the remaining managers would leave so that they could hire some new managers
and i do think that i could get a lot of support from my peeps to get me into a management position
but that would be baaad... mmkay?
i just try to not think of the nightmare that is shopping at my local walmart |
