especially if they violated laws in selling the guns. In that case the shops need to be shut down, and the owners fined. If they make perfectly legal sales, then there is definately something else going on that needs to be looked into, like a single customer reselling to the thugs, but the dealer to thug hole needs to be shut. Likely a single customer needs to go to jail, or a single dealer needs to be heavily investigated.
I think private individual to individual sales should be perfectly legal, but I'm not against a red flag going up every now and then. |
