that is rejecting it, it is Hamas and Arafat. Last time around, the palestinians were offered 98% of what they wanted, and Arafat instead declared an intafadah (sp?). The problem is that the Palestinian leadership has long ago stopped caring about the deaths of their citizens, and now lose nothing by continuing the struggle. It's time for thm to leave the scene.
