That is a *very* bad idea. That just pisses people off.

In those cases you either go in and destroy *EVERYTHING*, completely and utterly, or you suck it up.

You *don't* go in and piss off the very people who you are trying to get to rise up against Hamas, namely the Joe Smiths whose house you just blew up because the round you were firing missed it's target.
