Current treaties do not pertain to inturnal use of WMD and the concept of what we currently classify as WMD did not exist till after WWI. So where has there been a clear use of WMD against and exturnal enemy after the end of WWI?

By clear use, I'm not talking about weapons like FAEs, Agent Orange, Napalm and other grey area weapons. The status of which is indeterminent as WMD.
