i would have be the first in line to mock, accuse and threaten pcworld a month ago but something has changed they offer a new range of products that are just the hardware, no sfotware or manuals or anything like that and the prices are very competative! some of the best in cardiff! as for their tech support i said to 1 of them that sim city 4 didnt work on my pc and he started installing it on another machine to see if it was the cd (they only refund if cd is bust!) anyway it got half way thru install, he got pissed off that it was taking so long and just swapped it for an xbox game :D :P i have had great fun in the past taking pc's in for repair, them getting halfway thru repairing something that isnt broken, me explaining the actual problem to them and them going off in a huff and repairing it (one time the tech guy even half pulled out a ram chip, i think he was trying to piss me off)
