You describe the "intent" of taking drugs as "to alter who you are". You have no proof of that assumption (nor could you come up with any). You have not defined what "who you are" means, and if you did so you would be quite surprised about what you are really arguing.

The other thing is that your entire argument is riddled with unfounded exceptions based on sloppy definitions. You haven't defined what drugs are, for example. Aspirin is a drug, and I take it to get rid of my headache. You are calling that act "being dishonest".

Yes, until you do as I suggested and lay out your assumptions and definitions, your arguments will not be persuasive.
