I do have one advatage though. I was a US Defense Systems contractor for 15 years in the Los Angeles area. This was during the 1980's when all thos e defense contractors were getting hit with one violation after another. Those of us in management got extensive advanced ethics training in order to reduce the problem. This includes; Extensive training in conflict of interest issues Fair business dealings Ethical accounting and expense traing Legal liability exposure issues Sexual harassment procedure labor union negotiatio training Basically, if it looks like it might be wrong, it probably is. One must not only avoid wrong doing, one must avoid the very appearance of wrong doing.
