if the wording of the p0rn question was a bit diffrent peoples answers might be... ie if it said the person your in a relationship with wanted to make a video and nobody but you and them would know of it and nobody but you and your SO would have access to it would you do it? lets face it regular p0rn ones are with nameless faceless "industry" people... might not be a healthy/safe choice and also most people perfer to not do stuff with a bunch of strangers... they'd rather with their partner.
