| I nearly always wear workboots/combat boots and jeans. You don't see my socks. That and the fact my legs about built thickly makes it hard to wear over the calf socks. My solution? Non matched pair socks. I buy all my socks the same. If one gets a hole or disappears no orphans, just wait for any other random sock to do the same and it's a pair again. I don't even fold my socks anymore. I throw them all in the same drawer, grab any two socks from the drawer and it's a match. Oops, I can't find the same type I bought and liked the first time (the Haynes that are grey on the toe an heal), oh well, all white. They don't match but nobody sees them, who cares. Lazyness and practicality meet. |
