where there's no general speed limit on motorways, so the people who zoom past you at 200 km/h aren't even doing anything illegal. Apparently some Americans make trips to Germany where they rent a car up north in Flensburg or Kiel, race down to Munich or thereabouts as fast as they can and then return it. But ordinary Germans are bad enough, especially of course businessmen in their BMWs and Mercedes with about three times as much power as they need.
