Well I have autism and I've also got physical stuff. I don't think my existence does society a disfavour... however people that are deliberately dumb is another story... My ex husbands dad once dropped a screw down his boat engine and started it. He left it in there and then went boating. The engine blew dumping oil into part of howe sound in bc. Then there was my exhusbands brother inlaw... he phones up one day and asks if it was bad he overflowed his oil. He kept filling it til it poured out and didn't even bother to check the dip stick. And then that guys mother in law stuck an infant on a stack of easily accessable transmission fluid... my neice ended up going to er... And then there was the time my sister dumped doughnut dough down a sink and then ran hot water... she knew it had yeast in it and it rose with warmth. There are probably more examples of alot worse things that are proof of the danger "dumb" is. Even people with low iq's don't make them dumb just diffrent. My son has an iq of 69 yet he figured out how to reboot from linux to windows not being told how to. He can navigate 3 diffrent OS and no he's not a savant.
