the guns are only doable for earlobes, and possibly sides of the nose. (First ear piercing I got was with one back in the late 80's) Any body piercing uses a sharp hollow needle and something that looks like a surgical calmp/forceps (They gotta hold it in place and away from the body for proper alignment and to make sure the needle doesn't go where it shouldn't)
