Tho there is no (reported) SARS in this region. Actually, it is quite possible half of those TV images you see of masked Chinese could be years-old file footage. They've been wearing masks against pollution here for years.

We have an English-language SARS hotline for foreigners.

The provincial government has decreed that any person gets SARS, their work unit leader gets the sack (regardless of if they got it at work, and if the work unit leader could have done anything about it), so reporting should stay at zero regardless of reality.

Them crazy Chinese beaurecrats!!!

Back on topic:
Now I think of it, a good 1/4 of the songs I learnt in primary school were drinking songs. Must be an Australia and beer thing!
