... from what I gather, a single side can hold nearly 25 minutes if the mastering engineer knows what he's doing. I don't know what that translates to digital data, though I'm sure you could do it if you really wanted to. :)

BTW, sometimes bands play it safe and only put 35-40 minutes max on an album, which doesn't sound like much, but I think that's why bands used to put out an album a year, and sometimes more, way back when. Nowadays, it's more like a CD every two years or so.
