There was a game exactly like that one. Mr Wimpy was it's name, using the mascot of the Wimpy burger chain. The screenshot shows the first part of takign ingreedients through to the kitchen. When you go through he gap on the right you get to the "walking over burgers" bit. I seem to recall you could break out of the game with the run/stop key, and list the game... There was also an easy-to-find SYS call that played the Wimpy advertising jingle. Pretty poor game, all told :)
