I know TI-85 has (older model, replaced by TI-86 by now, I think). It had a link cable to other TI-85 with it and you could buy a PC-link-cable for it. Can't remember if there was software for other OS:es than widows.

You could type the programs on PC and then transfer them to the calculator. Maybe the software even had a emulator. Can't remember anymore.
