I've actually been trying this year though. In years past I slacked off alot more and got a mix of As and Bs, and every so often a C (usually in English). It started in grade 6, when I slacked off more than I had any other time in my life, and got straight As. After that I figured I really didn't have to try, so I didn't for three years. My grades started to slip, and I started actually thinking what's ahead in my life. I still don't pay the most attention in class though. I've fallen asleep in quite a few classes.
