There's always the chance they'll reject you for some reason, and the certainty they'll bounce your paperwork if it's not perfect (while cashing your cheque). e.g. should something urgent come up 'back home' and you don't have enough time for the I-130 to clear (90 days), you'll be in deep trouble when you come back.
