Since your lusers are running 2k, I am going to assume that they are also using office2k. One option, while being semi-difficult to set-up, would be to create monthly cals in excel and make them world r/w. another option would be to web it. Assuming youve got access to a database of some variety and an http server (like a desktop machine running apache for winnt), you could do it either in PHP or Coldfusion (depending on what your company is willing to spend{nothing [php] or a couple thousand [CF Server]}) There are a number of free or relatively inexpensive cal sharing apps written in php on the web, try a Google(tm)-search for PHP Calendars.
