that our society is in sad shape, world-wide. So, if you're a police dispatcher, and somebody calls and says they're going to be murdered because their ex is chopping their way in with an axe, do you ask them to send proof or just send the squad? It's just an example, but you can never prove everything to everyone's satisfaction. It's not always practical, or necessary. In the end all proof of anything is just belief. :)
