Aparently, using email messages and phone calls to announce meetings isn't good enough for them. However, several of the lusers in question use pop3/smtp for email, and I don't want to switch everything over to Exchange if I can possibly avoid it. Especially since the Exchange server is 5000 km away, connected by a DSL line. Anyone know any other good calendar-sharing apps for Win2k? I guess I could set up Exchange accounts for them and have Exchange forward everything it receives to our pop3 server, but that could get messy...
