This isn't about whether you agree with them, it's whether they deserve sympathy for what happened to them. The Chicks are in the public eye, and their audience are a bunch of Republican hicks (thus, that's who they make their money from). They attacked the man that the Republicans look up to; they had to expect a retaliation from their audience. If you're gonna talk the talk, you better be prepared to walk the walk.
All I'm saying is that they had to know something was going to happen. I have no sympathy towards any celebrity; they've already made more money than any of us. |
