conservative to right-wing ... the two are NOT equal (!=). A conservative thinks they (right-wing-nuts) are loonies because LESS government is their mantra. ... These are conservatives ... right-wingers are loonie. and unfortunately when you say you are conservative both the Left-wing-nuts AND the right-wing-nuts automatically assume that you support that extremely narrow slice of loonies. This is (IMO) encouraged by the way the press insists on homoginizing our political system in to two extremes and lumping everyone in one broad swathing statement that politicians then trumpet as "a mandate to ...." it's a mandate to get their head examined is what it is! _{rambles off into the distance muttering ferociously ....}
