They are all wrong, which is why we need them all. If given a free hand, the right would have so few laws that the rich would get away with everything because there is nothing to restrain them. Therefore a disaster. If the left had it's way, the government would micro-manage our whole life and again, a disaster. The unintended consequences of the full effect of their beliefs, left or right, would shock them. Therefore, though flawed, the system mostly works.
