so let the small companies solve the problems any way they want, they don't have to look at some1else's code to solve a problem, if they do, they don't deserve to make the money. as for the coder benefiting from it. If he/she wants to do that, they should create their own business, their employer doesn't pay them to write code that the company won't make profit from.
