Just got this in a CNN update: " In talks with U.S., North Korea admits it has nuclear weapons, U.S. government sources say. " Corrent me if I'm wrong... but isn't that like 2 month old news? I thought they already claimed they had nukey ICBM's that could his NY & DC... Or is this just a re-marketing? (Like Intel's Speedstep? :)
