| it's the difference between primary and secondary sexual characteristics. Breasts are secondary, genitals are primary. Quite frankly, most people don't have the self-control to cope with bare breasts in public. I'm an exception; female friends of mine tend not to worry about changing in front of me, because they know this. However, given the current rape rates, how many women are going to WANT their breasts out? |
